About Solutions Dominicana
Solutions Dominicana operates from a 35,000 square-foot facility located in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Santiago is a city of approximately 1,000,000 with seven universities and many advanced technical institutes. The Solutions Dominicana facility has the capacity for 400 workers. A second 350 employee facility located in Santo Domingo is also available for redundancy and expansion requirements.
With a total population of 8.7 million, strong government support, educated and motivated multi-lingual workforce, the Dominican Republic has a lot to offer. There is also the unique cultural affinity benefit realized by having over 1,000,000 Dominicans residing in the U.S.
Santiago, Dominican Republic has seven major universities and technical institutions from which we recruit and train the brightest Spanish, English, French and Portuguese speaking Customer Relations Management workers.
