Solutions Dominicana is a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Center Services provider in Atlanta GA, with operations in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Solutions Dominicana was established to provide professional outsourcing services using the latest advanced telecommunications and contact center technology.

Our process is to identify the current organization structure and duplicate it by hiring TSRs which meet job requirements of the current representatives. They are then trained using the existing training material and are managed according to the same objectives used at the customer's location. Results can then be directly compared and measured against past performance. In many cases a customer will send a trainer or we send our managers to their location for cross training.
